- Replacing light fixtures, outlets and switches.
- Replacing faucets, toilets and sinks.
- Paint touch up, drywall repair and trim install.
- Garage door repair.
- Tree trimming, Lawn and landscape clean up.
For DIY type of maintenance I charge $75hr. I prefer you buy the materials. I’ll provide the list. If I buy materials I will add 10%.
